This is something LONG overdue! The AG's in EVERY STATE should be examining these "agreements." When considering the dynamics, the only person's interest which should be sought (the vehicle owner for some who have forgotten who the real customer is), is lost in a myriad of stipulations set forth by a false buyer. The producer of the product, in turn, no longer serves his/her true customer. These arrangements benefit only one entity.... the one holding the cash. Again, they should be scrutinized by EVERY state.
