All DRP contracts seem to have indemnification clauses with survivability that demand being named on policy... but no one in this industry (collision) has come forward to claim they have complied. The question would be, "What if any recourse would there be available to a non-DRP shop, if the insurer knowingly continued in this agreement with their DRP shop after it was revealed they were not compliant?" Is not there some trade or antitrust issues?
